REPUBLICAN PARTY OF MANITOWOC COUNTY 

ANNUAL CALL TO CAUCUS  

SATURDAY, JANUARY 21, 2023  

Please take notice that an annual county caucus is called, pursuant to the Constitution of the Republican Party of Manitowoc County (RPMC), to be held at the AMVETS Hall, 4310 Conroe St. City of Manitowoc, Saturday, January 21,2023  

8:30 a.m. - Continental Breakfast

9:30 a.m. - Caucus Commencement , for the transaction of the following:

• To receive a credentials report from the county party Vice Chair
  
  
• To receive a treasurer’s report from the county party Treasurer 
  
  
• To received and consider any and all resolutions for submission
  to the Wisconsin 6^th Congressional District Republican Party caucus
  
  
• • As such, this notice is a formal call to RPMC members for the submission of resolutions to the RPMC caucus.  Any proposed resolutions should be submitted to the following address:  Manitowoc GOP, PO Box 754, Manitowoc, WI 54221-0754, not later than 15 January 2023.  Any proposed resolutions will be edited for clarity, checked for similarity to other standing resolutions, and will be available for review.  
• To review and accept a list of delegates to serve at the 2023 Wisconsin 6th Congressional District Republican Caucus and the 2023 Republican Party of Wisconsin State Convention. 
    
• To elect members of the RPMC Executive Committee who will serve until 2025. 
   
• To transact any other business that may be necessary to obtain the objectives of the Republican Party of Wisconsin, the Republican Party of the Wisconsin 6^th Congressional District, and Republican Party of Manitowoc County.
