Someone else is acting as President, and we have heard it is Susan Rice.  That poor man is just a puppet and we are being totally overwhelmed by the Marxists concepts that are planted under his hand for him to sign.  Where is the Congress?  Where are the Republicans we have elected?  We are losing this war, folks.
